If you’ve received something from one of our locations in either North Carolina and Idaho and wish to return or get customer support we can help. However there is only so much we can do. So you understand we here at Dollar Fulfillment are not the company that sold you the product. Our role is to simply store inventory and ship them out. So we have no control or even access to order records or product data.

With that being said we would love to help get you in touch with the company you did purchase from so they can get you the support you need. First off if you simply wish to return the product you can mail it back to the return address on the packing and we’ll process that return once we receive it. If you’re looking for specific product support and need contact details for the company you purchased it from there are several ways to go about it:

  1. The return address label on your packing would have listed the company name and email address. Start there if you have the packing.
  2. If you do not take a look at your credit card statement or bank statement. The company name often appears next to the purchase.
  3. If that doesn’t work we suggest you look at your email account. When you order something online you almost always get an order confirmation email. Replying to that should work!
  4. If you have tried all of those options and still cannot figure it out feel free to fill out the form below. We’ll use the data to see if we can find your name in our system. If we can we’ll forward your request to the company so they can reach out to you directly.
