There are no hidden fees. No touch fees. No storage fees. No return fees. And we never mark up postage. We don’t even charge fees for your packaging/mailers.

Everything is flat-rate with us. The vast majority of the time, that flat rate is $1-per-order plus postage. If your packing needs are more complex, the charge might be higher, but you’re always going to know the flat-rate ahead of time. No guessing, no games, no surprises.

The lifeblood of our business is stellar customer service. When you start with us, you’ll receive direct access to the person who’s printing your labels and overseeing your specific packing on the warehouse floor.

You can usually reach your personal packer within minutes during business hours.

It’s as easy as 1-2-3.

  1. After our initial conversation, we email you a contract with sample pricing.
  2. We walk you through the steps of connecting your e-commerce system to ours. This is usually an easy, fast, pain-free process.
  3. Order your product from your manufacturer. We receive it at our facility for no cost and inspect for damage, and it’s ready to ship within 24 hours.

If you’re new to domestic fulfillment (after having had a bad experience with international drop shipping), you’re going to find us to be the easiest, most pain-free shift imaginable.
